Angelina Jolie Allegedly Tipped The Paparazzi About Her Relationship With Brad Pitt In 2005
Now, the co-founder of Rolling Stone, Jann Wenner, is shedding light on Pitt and Jolie’s relationship. He said that Us Weekly, which he previously owned, published the first photo of Jolie and Pitt as a couple because they got a tip from the Maleficent actress herself.
The snap that Wenner was talking about is the one where Pitt and Jolie are seen walking on the beach with their eldest son, Maddox. In the photo, Jolie is wearing a black tube dress, while Pitt is in a white shirt and loose military pants. Pitt is assisting Maddox with his toys.
Wenner also revealed that they did not only know where Pitt and Jolie were staying during their vacation. They were also informed about the exact time when they would walk on the beach, that’s why they were able to capture their photos.
“We got the photo, we got the proof. We had the worldwide scoop, the debut of Brangelina. The tipster was Angelina,” he said (via Page Six).

Jennifer Aniston Reacted To Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie’s Beach Photo After Their Divorce
Following Pitt and Aniston’s divorce, The Morning Show actress opened up to Vanity Fair about her thoughts regarding her ex-husband and Jolie’s pictures on the beach.
“The world was shocked and I was shocked. I can’t say it was one of the highlights of my year. Who would deal with that and say, ‘Isn’t that sweet! That looks like fun!’? But shit happens. You joke and say, ‘What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.’ I feel like I’ve earned a superpower shield. I’m not comparing my suffering to other people’s suffering. Everybody has their own,” she said.
Brad Pitt Also Posed For Photos With Angelina Jolie In Kenya, But Jennifer Aniston Didn’t Take Offense
Aniston also found out during the interview that photos of Jolie and Pitt in Kenya were staged by the actor himself.
“I didn’t know that. Is it odd timing? Yeah. But it’s not my life. He makes his choices. He can do—whatever. We’re divorced, and you can see why. I can also imagine Brad having absolutely no clue why people would be appalled by it. Brad is not mean-spirited; he would never intentionally try to rub something in my face. In hindsight, I can see him going, ‘Oh—I can see that that was inconsiderate.’ But I know Brad. Brad would say, ‘That’s art!’” Aniston said.
