90 Day Fiancé stars Michael Jessen, and Juliana Custodio have called it quits. It came as a bit of shock to many because they made their split announcement on the day they were supposed to celebrate their second wedding anniversary.

Michael Jessen shared a wedding photo on Instagram to commemorate their supposed second wedding anniversary. However, in the caption, he announced that it would be their last anniversary as they were splitting.
"Today is only our second wedding anniversary and, sadly, our last," he wrote in the caption as quoted by People. Jessen edited the photo's caption and turned off the comment section after receiving an intense backlash from the netizens.
"Our marriage is a Covid-19 casualty that will not be showing up in any statistics. Thankfully, you are quickly emerging healthier and stronger than ever. Some of the rest of us will likely be staying in intensive care for quite some time."
He went on and praised his now-estranged wife for being independent and self-reliant. He also highlighted her natural joy and positivity.
But at present, the caption was edited, and he said he would support her career and be her no. 1 fan.
Juliana Custodio Says Her Marriage Was 'Toxic'
While Jessen still has positive words about his ex, Julian Custodio didn't hide her distaste toward her estranged husband. According to her, she needed to leave because she could no longer recognize herself anymore.
She also pointed out that they did not split just because of COVID-19. There were more reasons behind that.
"You pointed COVID-19 as one of the reasons we are no longer together, but we all know that there are more than that," she said about their split on her account, per Fox News.
"As well you pointed out, we went through a lot together, the COVID was a hard time, but the hardest part for me was to picture you as someone that would be by my side, and unfortunately you showed something completely different."
She continued, "I wasn't part of the family anymore, I was feeling like a maid. It was toxic to a point I was not living the life I wanted to. I love myself more, to the point to recognize I am important and I want to be happy."

Michael and Juliana met on 90 Day Fiancé Season 7. Their relationship raised concern because she is 19 years his junior.
However, on the show, Juliana didn't have a hard time bonding with Michael's ex-wife Sarah and their children Cece and Max.
