Teasing Master Takagi-san Season 3 is one of the stars of the Winter 2022 anime season. With Takagi's teasing becoming increasingly sweet as she and Nishikata grow closer, it could be assumed that they will end up together in what seems to be the show's final season. Should this happen, the fun, light-hearted slice of life anime is definitely going to leave a gap; so what can you watch next? In no particular order, we've compiled a list of anime similar to Teasing Master Takagi-san that you might also enjoy:
1) Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro
Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro, and Teasing Master Takagi-san are considered by some to be spiritual siblings, as they're both school anime about a crafty, playful girl, teasing a clueless boy.
That being the case, Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro is a bit more controversial, and might not appeal to everyone. Some believe that Nagatoro is a bit too cruel to her senpai, while many viewers disliked the fact that a darker-skinned girl is portrayed as a bully. Others enjoy the scenes between Nagatoro and Senpai and think that her teasing is a way to catch his attention.
Teasing Master Takagi-san is more childish and innocent in comparison, but if you enjoyed it, you might want to give Miss Nagatoro a try - just bear in mind it's not for everyone.
2) Komi Can't Communicate
Komi Can't Communicate follows a much quieter girl who suffers from social anxiety and a clueless boy who tries to help her. Compared to Teasing Master Takagi-san, there isn't much teasing involved, while Komi's communication difficulty isn't treated in the best possible manner.
However, the awkward, slow-burn teen romance and the school setting might appeal to those who enjoy Takagi-san.
3) Kaguya-sama: Love Is War
Kaguya-sama: Love Is War is the iconic high school romance between Kaguya and Miyuki, two genius students who keep trying to get the better of each other while being obviously in love. Being too proud to confess, each tries to get a confession out of the other with shenanigans that often involve the rest of the student council - all fun and interesting characters with their own stories.
Kaguya-sama is a bit more mature compared to Teasing Master Takagi-san as the former is about the lives of high school, rather than middle school students. Fans of one are still likely to love the other due to the similar structure and the fun school antics.
4) Tsurezure Children
Like Teasing Master Takagi-san, Tsurezure Children is light-hearted in tone and very sweet to watch. Following several couples, Tsurezure Children explores the difficulties, but also the joys associated with young love, from being too shy to confess to not being sure what being in love is supposed to feel like.
Horimiya is a gentle slice-of-life school anime about a charismatic girl who grows close to a classmate she doesn't seem to have all that much in common with. However, when the two have to spend time together, they find unexpected solace in each other as they discover they aren't so different after all.
Compared to Teasing Master Takagi-san, Horimiya focuses much less on teasing, but, once again, the slow-burn, budding love story and school setting of the latter might appeal to fans of Takagi-san.
6) The Duke of Death and His Maid
We've mostly covered school settings so far, so here's one with a completely different, but plenty of teasing! The Duke of Death and His Maid is a gothic fairy tale about a young man who was cursed by a witch to kill everything he touched. His only ally in the world is his childhood friend and maid, Alice, who loves teasing him.
For all the fanservice elements, however, their love is unbelievably pure and selfless, and their fun interactions are a joy to watch. Alice is extremely sweet even as she loves making the Duke uncomfortable, so those who love Nishikata and Takagi's dynamic might want to give this one a chance!
7) High Score Girl
High Score Girl is a nostalgic school comedy, unfolding in 1991 when arcade games were the latest craze. Like Teasing Master Takagi-san, it follows a boy who keeps trying to surpass a more skilled girl, while each secretly has feelings for the other.
Like Teasing Master Takagi-san, High Score Girl is entertaining to watch, and surprisingly deep too, given that the two main characters grow and change throughout the show's two seasons.
8) Nisekoi: False Love
Niseoki: False Love is decidedly less innocent than Teasing Master Takagi-san, focusing on a boy and a girl from rival yakuza families, who have to pretend to be in a relationship to keep a blood feud at bay, even though they hate each other. However, those who enjoyed Takagi-san might still want to give Nisekoi a try, as it features a school setting, a skilled teaser, and a male main character who blushes a lot!

Aho-Girl follows an introverted boy who simply wants to go about his life in peace, and an adventurous, extremely extroverted girl, who keeps pulling him into ridiculous shenanigans.
The show is less wholesome and innocent compared to Takagi-san with the main girl being a loveable idiot who gets a boy in trouble rather than skillfully teasing him, but the school comedy elements they share mean that some viewers might enjoy both.
10) Tonari No Seki-kun: The Master Of Killing Time
So far, we've mostly focused on works in which the female lead is the most playful one, who keeps dragging a quiet boy into funny shenanigans. In The Master of Killing Time, roles are reversed. Main girl Rumi Yokoi is a quiet student who wants to focus on classroom work but keeps getting distracted by Seki, a crafty boy whose creative antics know no end. Seki keeps getting Rumi in trouble, by classes are never boring with him.
The hilarious classroom comedy might appeal to those who love the comedic elements of Teasing Master Takagi-san. Plus, they're from the same studio!
